BIFAN NAFF Project Market 2026: Full Line-Up

Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN), which is celebrating its 30th edition this year, has selected 27 projects from 24 countries for this year’s Network of Asian Fantastic Films (NAFF) Project Market.

The lineup includes Incarnation, produced by Anthony Chen (We Are All Strangers); Holi Womb, from Montreal-based director Anouk Whissell (Turbo Kid) and What The Darkness Keeps, form Italian-born director Jimmy Henderson, who directed Cambodia’s first action blockbuster, Jailbreak (2017).

As part of the official celebrations marking the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and France, NAFF’s Focus: France section will spotlight three French genre films, creating a platform for exchange between the film industries of both nations.

Over the past year, nine projects developed through NAFF were fully completed, including Yu Eunjeong’s The Second Child, selected for Busan’s Vision section, and Kiwi Chow’s Deadline, which premiered in Rotterdam.

This year’s BIFAN will screen three films developed through NAFF: Huh Gun’s Last Mankind, Kimbo Kim’s Forte, and Avid Liongoren’s Zsazsa Zaturnnah vs The Amazonistas Of Planet X.

NAFF Project Market will take place July 4-7 during BIFAN, which runs July 2-12.
